Proctorly has three plan tiers — Free, Classroom, and School. Every account starts on Free, and you can move between plans at any time. Billing runs through Stripe, so the current price for each plan is always shown live on the Billing screen rather than fixed in this guide.
Prices aren’t listed here on purpose. Proctorly renders live prices from Stripe at checkout. Always check the Billing screen for the current monthly and annual amounts — they are the source of truth.

What each plan unlocks

The tiers differ mainly in how many tests you can run, how many students each test allows, and how snapshots are stored during proctoring.

Snapshot capture: Full vs Selective

Every plan proctors the same set of integrity signals. The difference is which snapshots (webcam and screen images) get stored for later review:

Full capture

Keeps a snapshot for every flag type, plus the regular baseline snapshots. Available on Free and School.

Selective capture

Still proctors everything, but only stores snapshots for the most important events — critical or high-confidence flags. Available on Classroom. This keeps storage lean without changing what’s monitored.
In short: Classroom keeps snapshots for the most important flags; School keeps them all. What Proctorly watches for is the same on every plan — only what it stores differs.

Changing your plan

You manage your subscription from the Billing screen inside your dashboard. From there you can:

Open Billing

Go to the Billing area of your Proctorly dashboard.

Choose a plan and interval

Pick Classroom or School, and choose monthly or annual billing. The current price is shown live before you confirm.

Check out through Stripe

Proctorly hands you off to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details and complete the change.
You can switch plans, change between monthly and annual, or cancel from the same screen. See the Billing FAQ for what happens when you change or cancel.

Pending answers from the Proctorly team. The following are not defined in the product yet and must not be invented in published docs:
  • Exact prices for Classroom and School (monthly and annual)
  • The Free tier’s monthly test and per-test student caps
  • The annual-billing discount
  • Report data-retention periods per plan
  • What the Integrity Pass add-on includes (see Credits & add-ons)
