Billing runs through Stripe, and you manage everything from the Billing screen in your dashboard. The answers below cover what’s confirmed about how plans and billing work. Anything not yet settled is flagged so it isn’t guessed at.
Three tiers: Free, Classroom, and School. Every account starts on Free. Classroom and School can be billed monthly or annually. See Plans for what each one unlocks.
Open the Billing screen, choose the plan and billing interval you want, and complete the change through Stripe Checkout. The current price is shown live before you confirm.
Yes. You can toggle between monthly and annual billing from the Billing screen.
Reviewer TODO. Whether switching is prorated, and exactly when the new interval takes effect, isn’t documented in the product. Confirm with the Proctorly team before describing the proration behavior.
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing screen.
